The people
Faisal Al Hamladar is the licensed agent behind Byoot. Real Estate Salesperson, RE/MAX Success Realty, Brokerage. He and the Byoot team work Ontario deals directly and match clients with the right brokerage partners across the province, with a focus on Halton (Oakville, Burlington, Milton), Peel (Mississauga, Brampton), Toronto, York (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill), Durham (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering) and the Waterloo–Wellington and Niagara regions.

- MLS search. A live search over TRREB-fed listings via AMPRE, with map, feed and AI-assisted natural-language queries. Available to anyone at byoot.ca.
- Home evaluation. A free tool that returns an estimate for an Ontario home based on real recent nearby sold prices. byoot.ca/evaluate.
- Off-market and power-of-sale deals. Distressed properties, VTB financing, assignment sales, estate sales and pre-market listings — cataloged city by city. Start at byoot.ca/ontario.
- Bungalows and waterfront specialties. One-floor living and shoreline homes filtered from the MLS with our own criteria. Bungalows, waterfront.
- Rentals. Live PropTx/TREBB rental listings across the GTA plus a "verified renter" profile clients can send once and reuse. byoot.ca.
- International. Byoot works with in-country partners for Canadians buying property abroad — US, Dubai, Mexico live; Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica and Qatar in progress. byoot.ca/international.
